Welcome to the WEST Express Online Registration System.
We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and online registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You will get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily sign up for swim meets, sign up for jobs, see your swimmer(s) swim times history, maintain your own contact information, view your invoices/payments at any time and much more.
NEW MEMBERS
- Click on the Register Now button below and proceed through the process.
- As a new member, you will be responsible for the Minnesota Swimming Registration Fee. If you are transferring from another MSI team, you will also need to pay the MSI transfer fee ($5). You will need to complete and submitt a transfer form to the team registrar. Contact the registrar regarding any transfers.
- If you don't know which level your swimmer(s) should be assigned, please email Coach Heidi at westexpresscoach@hotmail.com.
- Once the registration is completed, you will be notified of your member status and a secure password will be forwarded to you to allow access to the WEST Express Team website.
- Upon accessing the WEST Team website, please review your account information and set up your automatic payment options. This is required for all accounts.
- Swimmers will not be allowed to swim if their account is not current.
EXISTING MEMBERS
- Click on the Register Now button below and proceed through the process.

- Swimmers will not be allowed to swim if their account is not current.
** Any swimmer not currently registered with USA Swimming, will need to add the USA swimming fee to their account during registration. (This is a yearly registration.) During check out you will select the # of USA registrations your family needs. Each swimmer is required to be registered. If you did not swim fall/winter, then you will need to be registered (USA Swimming site) and pay the seasonal USA fee (good mid March until/through the summer state meet around the beginning of August).
**Multi swimmer credits will be applied toward your account after the registration is complete. When applicable, this credit will appear on your invoice.
** All families will be charged a $5 concession fee upon registration that will go towards our Spring swim meet.
